Sylhet Division

Human Resource Development Program

Providing skill development training, education, and leadership programs for Santal Adivasi, Khasi, and other indigenous communities across Moulvibazar, Habiganj, and Sylhet.

North Bengal

Development & Leadership Program

Building self-reliant Santal Adivasi communities in Dinajpur, Gaibandha, and Naogaon through vocational training, cultural awareness, livelihood support, and land development.

Rajshahi

Lutheran Girls' Hostel Program

Offering safe hostel accommodation, academic support, and spiritual development for 45 Santal girl students pursuing higher education at institutions across Rajshahi.

All Over Bangladesh

Healthy Childhood Development Program

Strengthening caregiver capacity using the ICDP methodology — training parents, teachers, and guardians to promote child well-being and protection across Bangladesh.
